Consumer dispute resolution
Caprock Legal Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

- Lawyers' Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG)

- Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG)
- Code of Conduct for European Lawyers (CCBE Code of Conduct)
- Professional supplements to the Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz, GwG)
The professional regulations can be found on the website of the German Federal Bar (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) at www.brak.de under the heading “Berufsrecht”.
Professional liability insurance
Under the provisions of the BRAO, lawyers are obliged to take out professional liability insurance.
The minimum insured sum for law firms is EUR 1,000,000.00. Details are set out in Sections 51 and 59j(2) BRAO.
